The Dean Conklin Plumeria is famously named after the late Dean Conklin, plumeria grower and enthusiast who worked at the Koko Crater (Honolulu Botanical Gardens) in Hawaii. The Dean Conklin Plumeria Grove contains hundreds of plumeria cultivars. The Dean Conklin Plumeria boasts a beautiful orange, 4 ½ blossom with large petals and has a lovely spicy scent.
This is a rooted, 17 inch Dean Conklin Plumeria cutting with 2 growth tip(s). Due to size, this Dean Conklin cannot be shipped, and will only be available for pick up in Jacksonville, FL. Most of our trees originated from the Islands of Hawaii, including our Dean Conklin. Our plants have been grown and nurtured with the spirit of Aloha. All rooted cuttings are well established as represented in the photo above of a plant of similar size and age.
I picked up a Dean Conklin plant from Big Island Plumeria about 1 week ago. The plant is healthy and doing well. We’ve never had any issues with Big Island or any of our purchases and look forward to our next purchase! Thank you B I P for such great plants!
